All the fruit is grown, and wine produced and created in the winery from local selected Mudgee fruit. 

Grapes Grown

Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz & Durif (a rare French variety giving a dense, deep purple wine with lifted ripe raspberry fruit aromas).

New varieties available 2014: Pinot Grigio, Primitivo and Negro amaro

Our Old bush Vine Shiraz Cabernet are made from vines dating back over 166 years.
